You need to know this:
The trail south of Coleman State Park has been rebuilt and is again open to the public. The big water erosion channels have been filled in and passage is safe.
The new bypass trail on Dixville Peak and the junction at the base of the south flank of the peak will get new signage and blazing on July 2nd. You may not go to the very summit of Dixville Peak any longer. It is off-limits and trespassesrs can be arrested in the vicinity of the wind turbine towers. Take this seriously.
The western leg of the Isolation Trail and the Dry River Trail are closed indefinitely. Bypass the closures by using the Crawford Path and Davis Path, plus the Camel Trail that links the two together on the south flank of Mt. Washington. By utilizing those trails, you can make a big horseshoe-shaped bypass above timberline the entire way.
If you stay above timberline, be prepared to be exposed to heat, sun, high winds, and pelting rain or even snow at any time of year. You must have a wind shell with you and even a warm fleece even at the height of summer, just in case. And be sure to carry plenty of water.
