Heads-up!
Heavy machinery is working the access road and the ridges of Dixville Peak in preparation for the installation of 400-foot wind turbine towers.
At the T-junction at the bottom of the mountain, the Cohos Trail angle blazes are gone. If you are coming downhill going southbound you must turn right at the T-junction and move west to get to the Kelsey Notch Trail up to Baldhead lean-to.
If travelling northbound, you must turn left, uphill at the T-junction and climb the mountain. Watch for heavy equipment.
