Although the snows are still plenitiful and thick in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire, three Cohos Trail workers trekked out on snowshoes to flag the proposed trail from Ramblewoods Campground towards Covell Mtn. in Pittsburg on March 29th. Kim Nilsen was nice enough to lead the pack and gave two demonstrations on 'How to find sink-holes in the snow near buried blowdowns'...thus making the way safer for Ridgerunner and MtnGoat, who were in back. We flagged the proposed route that set us in line with Covell Mountain with wonderful views of First Connecticut Lake. Bring on Spring!
