Does anyone have any updates on the wind turbines planned for around Baldhead - Dixville? What will be the short term or long term impacts?

So far I've heard that the project was sold to Brookfield Power and clearing has been going on for a month or so.

Brookfield Renewable Power has begun site work on the project. A trail bypass will be built, thanks to the state of NH, some 500 to 1,000 feet west of the present Cohos Trail route on Dixville Peak, allowing users to move away from the proposed wind turbines on the mountain.
Also, the company is agreeable to siting a lean-to in the Dixville Peak-Mt. Gloriette area. That's a huge plus, as it is half way between Baldhead lean-to and Panorama lean-to.

Thanks for the info - sounds like a reasonable solution.
