The Cohos Trail Association is talking about building a simple but rugged custom-made grass mower for the old grassy tote road trails, a mower or grass hog that can be towed behind an ATV machine.
We have a mower engine and body, but we could use a used tow-behind utility cart that we could modify, or short pieces of angle steel, a hitch and arm, and an axle and stout large wheels.
If you have an old utility trailer or cart or materials, please let us know by calling 603-538-6777 or 603-363-8902.
The mower we want to build will have a blade that will rest about five or six inches off the ground to avoid logs and stones. But it will cut the grasses low enough so they won't be a nuisance.

Problem solved. The Cohos Trail Association has a new (used) trail mower that will do the job.
Now, if anyone out there has a small utility trailer we could get a hold of, let us know by posting here.
