On Friday afternoon, the Cohos Trail work weekend gets underway at Kamp Kirk in the Nash Stream Forest (see other entries under Trail Work Schedule for directions).
Right now at least eight people will be on hand for a day or two to help install a new composting latrine, jackup the building, run new sills, create a parking spot, clean everything inside and out, create a new porch, tear down a shed (and maybe build a new one), and more.
You are invited to lend a hand, and to partake of the evening festivities. Bring food to cook, a sleeping bag and pillow, a musical instrument, your favorite beverage, and gift for gab, and you're all set.
See you there.

Well good evenin', good readers!
I've been thinking of going for a month. And I considered the possibility that you could use some help. So, after careful consideration over a whole month, I'm going there tomorrow, bringing most of my hand tools, and donating my time to help the cause, jump into the ring with both feet, and grab the bull by the horns. Most of the Board of Directors will also be there.
The foliage is peaking here in the North Country. C'mon and take in the fabulous beauty!
You betcha, I'm comin' early, stayin' late, & will see you there! : )

Forgot one semi important point.
As ghostdog & I will be playing delightfully in the mtns over the next week w/a few board members, you the reader, will not see my posts. It is ok, as we have a lot of secrets we are holding and will share them, when the time is right.
Dear Readers, Have a super weekend. Enjoy to the maximum!
